Frequently Asked Questions

Who can attend a retreat?

Our retreats are designed for men and women who have an active personal relationship with God or are curious in exploring what that looks like, no matter where they are within their particular spiritual or religious journey.

What are overnight accomodations like?

Accomodations are dependent on the retreat venue. Not all retreatants are guaranteed a single room. Preferences can be specified during registration. Those not specifying a roommate will be assigned a roommate of the same gender. Upcoming venue location: Regina Caeli

What meals are provided?

The weekend starts with dinner on Friday, all meals on Saturday, plus breakfast and lunch on Sunday. Please specify your dietary restrictions at registration.

How does signing up with a friend work?

One of you sign up by selecting the ‘Retreat with a friend’ option, pay together and including both names in the registration form. The primary persons fills out the survey and the second person will be emailed a form to complete seperately.

Do you have a particular spiritual or religious affiliation?

We draw from many spiritual practices and disciplines within the Christian faith and ensure that our mission and decisions are aligned with Catholic Social Teaching. Included in our mission is a desire to provide an echumenical atmosphere. It is common for retreats to offer Mass and or Eucharistic adoration, always an optional activity.
