Our Team

Katie Connolly - Founder, Executive Director

Katie has a passion for helping people reach their highest potential while using their God-given talents. Spending her career in tech, she has experienced first-hand the value of prioritizing time for spiritual growth within the beauty of creation, setting aside technology. With eight years of volunteer experience in young adult ministry, she decided to share her growth experiences by founding First Fruits Retreat. She desires to share with all those who are curious and willing to explore what God has in store.
